If clients wish to withdraw cash balance from their accounts, please submit withdrawal instructions to your broker or the Settlement Department, or send fax withdrawal instructions before the designated time on trading days. Any late requests will be processed on the next trading day. Withdrawn funds will be issued to clients in the following available options:
Cheque Deposit
Submit instructions before 11:00 a.m. on the same day. Our company will deposit the issued cheque into your personal bank account under the identical name.
Remittance (For Overseas Clients)
Submit instructions before 11:00 a.m. on the same day. Funds will be remitted via telegraphic transfer to your personal bank account under the identical name. Handling fee: HK$100 per local telegraphic transfer, HK$150 per overseas telegraphic transfer.
Same-day Instant Transfer
Submit instructions before 11:00 a.m. on the same day. Funds will be credited directly to your designated registered bank account via local interbank CHATS transfer, and the funds are available for use on the same day.
